Who created this website?

This website is created by JC, using WordPress CMS. From conceptualizing the whole idea, to doing photo shoot, to designing the website, to researching the location, future development and resale processes, to generating all the maps & street views, to copywriting all the posts, to publishing and maintaining the website. In short, in Singlish, we called it “One Leg Kicking” or “Bao Kah Liao”. (translation is “Do everything”)

Why the author of this website does it?

The author knows the owner, who is now an old lady, of this flat personally and wanted to make a gift for her as a memento after she move to her new place of residence. You can read her story here.

Another reason for creating this website is to help the buyers to learn more about the place they are buying, what they are buying, and who they are buying from. They can take their time to study about the place. Information like the transportation, bus route, future development and much more information that will help the buyers and their family to have a present living in this unit. Knowledge is Power.

Furthermore, the author hopes that this website will help both the sellers and the buyers to have a common “place” to reference to during the resale process for this flat, from marketing to the completion of the resale process.

Well, the job of the author is considered mostly done, except for the maintenance of this website. So, good luck to the seller for getting her asking price, and to the buyers for buying a rare good unit like this, which is like at the top of the hill. 🙂
